Any Account Holder choosing to withdraw a player from a Region program may request a withdraw, contingent that the criteria listed below are met.
Requests for withdrawal can ONLY be made by email to the Registrar at [email protected].
Please include the following information:
- First & Last Name of the player you wish to withdraw
- Date of Birth of the player you wish to withdraw
- The Division the withdrawing player is registered in
- First & Last Name of the PARENT THAT ENROLLED THE PLAYER
- Reason for withdrawal.
- Any documentation to support your claim of withdrawal
A player may not participate in AYSO programs once that player has been withdrawn and removed from the team roster. To request player reinstatement, the parent must contact the Registrar at [email protected]. We do not guarantee team placement - if you ask for reinstatement, your child may be assigned to another team. Coaches are not authorized to allow a withdrawn player to rejoin their teams (including practices, games, or any team activities). Any registration fees will be due prior to reinstatement.
