Any Account Holder choosing to withdraw a player from a Region program may request a withdraw, contingent that the criteria listed below are met.

Requests for withdrawal can ONLY be made by email to the Registrar at [email protected].

Please include the following information:

• First & Last Name of the player you wish to withdraw
• Date of Birth of the player you wish to withdraw
• The Division the withdrawing player is registered in
• First & Last Name of the PARENT THAT ENROLLED THE PLAYER
• Reason for withdrawal.
• Any documentation to support your claim of withdrawal

A player may not participate in AYSO programs once that player has been withdrawn and removed from the team roster. To request player reinstatement, the parent must contact the Registrar at [email protected]. We do not guarantee team placement - if you ask for reinstatement, your child may be assigned to another team. Coaches are not authorized to allow a withdrawn player to rejoin their teams (including practices, games, or any team activities). Any registration fees will be due prior to reinstatement.

Please note: The Program Fee includes a Division Price, an AYSO Membership Fee, and additional service charges.  The AYSO Membership Fee and any previous service charges are not refundable under any circumstances; an agreement to this policy is acknowledged when an account holder pays for a program with the Region. Therefore, any refunds issued will be less the AYSO National Player Membership Fee of $25 and any previous service charges.

Please note: A $15 processing fee may be deducted for each refund request. Any refund request by an account holder is subject to a refund of their Division Price Fee only.

Refund Timing

• After registration but on or before July 31st: 100% refund of Division Price (A $15 processing fee may be deducted for each refund request.)
• On or After August 1st but before the start of Season play: 50% refund of Division Price (A $15 processing fee may be deducted for each refund request.)
• After the start of Season play: no refunds will be issued.

All Division Registration Fees are paid by debit/credit card and any funds will be paid back to the account charged. All refund requests must be submitted by email to the Registrar at [email protected]. Please include the following information:

• First & Last Name of the player you are requesting a refund for
• Date of Birth of the player you are requesting a refund for
• The Division the player is registered in
• First & Last Name of the PARENT THAT ENROLLED THE PLAYER
• Any documentation to support your claim of a refund
